Refunds are available within the first 30 days of you receiving your purchase in the mail. If 30 days have passed, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
To initiate the process for a refund, please fill out the form below and included your order number. Also include the a detailed description of the item and your concerns with it, include pictures if possible. The product must be in the same condition as you received it in.
Once we have received your e mail and have confirmed the refund we will send you the necessary shipping information. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
